Chesterton Academy of Northern Utah and Bountiful First Baptist Church Community are pleased to present a night of Lessons and Carols for public enjoyment. Dating back to the 19th century, this Advent tradition couples the contemplative preparation for the Birth of Christ with musical worship that raises the soul to the Heavens. In this performance, you will listen to Scripture selections that take you through our Salvation history and into the proclamation of the Gospel. Each passage is accompanied by a carol or hymn to beautifully buttress God’s Word and invite you to participate in the divine and eternal song of the angels and all Creation.
